Excellent book. Some books on Wesley are cumbersome and entangling but Snyder's book is clear, excellent, helpful and insightful. If you only can read one book on Wesley--this is the one.
A classic primer in Wesleyan theology and practice. The revised edition is a valuable addition to today's "missional" focus that is both theologically sound and practically relevant. Highly recommended!
I consider Wesley the best strategist since the Apostle Paul. Snyder lays out a great overlay of his thoughts and ways. Hoping to impliment many of his approaches to discipleship in Seattle and within the Foursquare denomination.
